New user accounts
A Sizzy account holds your license, downloads and billing. Create one in the portal, then sign in inside the app to activate Sizzy on your machine.
This page walks through what a Sizzy account is for, how to create one, and how to get from checkout to a running app. It applies to the monthly, annual and lifetime options shown on the pricing page.
One account for license, downloads and billing
Your Sizzy account lives on portal.sizzy.co, separately from the desktop app. The portal is where you create the account, buy a plan, download builds and manage the subscription and activated machines.
The email address you sign up with identifies your license.
Downloads for macOS, Windows and Linux are available while you are signed in.
Billing, plan changes and activated devices are managed in the portal, not inside the app.
The app itself unlocks when you sign in with an account that has an active license.
Create your account
Start at the portal signup page. You create the account first and choose a plan as part of the same flow, so there is no separate license key to copy around.
Open portal.sizzy.co/signup and enter your email address.
Choose the plan you want when checkout opens.
Complete the payment step in the portal.
Stay signed in to reach your downloads, or sign in again later.
Install and activate Sizzy
Download the build for your platform from the portal, install it, then sign in inside Sizzy. Activation is tied to the account, so the same credentials work on every supported operating system.
Download the macOS, Windows or Linux build from your portal account.
Install and open Sizzy.
Sign in with the same email address and password you used in the portal.
The app picks up the license from your account; no manual key entry is needed.
Manage your plan and activated devices
The portal lists the machines where Sizzy is activated and lets you manage the subscription. Use it when you replace a computer or want to check which plan is active.
Check the active plan and renewal details in the portal.
Review and manage activated devices there.
Change or cancel the subscription from the same account.
Keep the account email reachable; it is the address used for receipts and license recovery.
If sign-in or activation does not work
Most problems come from signing in with a different email address than the one used at checkout, or from opening the app before the payment has finished processing.
Confirm the email address on your receipt matches the one you use inside the app.
Sign out of the app and sign in again after checkout completes.
Check the portal to confirm the plan is active and the machine is listed.
If it still fails, contact support with the account email and the platform you are using.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use Sizzy?
Yes. The desktop app asks you to sign in, and downloads live behind your account in the portal. The account is what carries the license between your machines.
Where do I download Sizzy after buying?
From portal.sizzy.co. Sign in with the account you used at checkout and the downloads for macOS, Windows and Linux are available there.
Can I use one account on more than one platform?
Yes. The same account activates Sizzy on macOS, Windows and Linux. The portal shows the devices that are currently activated so you can manage them in one place.
I lost access to the email on my account. What now?
Contact support from the address you can still reach and include the account email, your order details and the platform you use. Support can help recover access without creating a second account.
